Marketing Information: | This self-leveling, self-sealing floor finish uses highly durable, internally cross-linked polymers blended to achieve a harder floor finish film. Unique chemistry results in a high-gloss, long-wearing finish that cures faster and harder than any other metal-interlock finish. Hard film formula requires less maintenance and resists dirt embedment. It is the perfect labor-saving advantage for Educational and Retail facilities that have little or no time for floor burnishing. Use Hard As Nails Hard Film Floor Finish in bag-in-box packaging on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl, linoleum) and properly sealed hard surfaces (marble, terrazzo). It dries clear and has a mild fragrance. Spigot on bag-in-box allows quick, easy dispensing without heavy lifting, surging or glugging. Bag in box uses less plastic and resources and is more compact for more efficient transportation. When stacking, bag-in-box has no dead space for more efficient storage. |

Directions/Instructions: | Directions for Use Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl, linoleum) and properly sealed hard surfaces (marble, terrazzo).RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures and humidity may extend dry time. 4 - 5 coats of finish are recommended. Note: This product is a self sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Damp mop or automatic scrub using a neutral pH cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as desired. The use of a cleaner/restorer is recommended to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Top scrub the floor using a top scrub cleaner and recommended floor pad to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-04) James Machine 0.5 minimum. |

Cancellations or Changes to Custom Orders – Many manufacturers use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to speed up production schedules. Once a custom order is submitted to a manufacturer, they immediately begin allocating materials & resources to your project. Because of this, changes or cancelations to an order after submission are not permitted. If an order must be canceled, you will be responsible for all costs associated with any requested change or cancellation. These costs can include forfeiture of any deposit(s) made to Manasota Office Supplies, LLC.
Cancellations or Changes to Stocked Orders – Orders for product(s) in stock are processed rapidly. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please notify us immediately at (941) 777-2823 and we will try to issue a cancellation or change. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, it will ship as promised. Once received, you may either refuse delivery, or process a return by calling us at 941-777-2823.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise – If your merchandise is damaged or defected upon arrival, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange pick up and replacement at no cost to you. All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns – All items not considered to be custom must be returned and received to our distribution center within 20 days of its original purchase date. You must have all original packaging materials. Item(s) must also be repackaged to its original condition. Once an item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed less any shipping, freight charges, or restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. All items considered to be custom are non-returnable.
